Didn't Bitcademy closed referral program before? So you guys have re-opened it, right? Do we earn even if they don't buy or do we only get rewarded if they buy?

Many people are getting to know about bitcademy, we just need to push out information about bitcademy on a broader scale and thereby raise awareness. Bitcademy all the way.... bitcademy.io
I think is probably doing great considering their activities on this ann thread However i would really like to know what countries Bitacademy will be likely to concentrate on or their criteria for picking up players for their academy..How is this all connected to the whole big picture of making it to other big clubsI guess that's not specified yet..
But The continents they plan to operate in are already specified, you can check the Bitcademy White paper for this info.
Correct, we start in Africa and Asia, and then expand in Europe. We will expand gradually with the right road map and strategy.
It all depends on the ICO funds but we have resources to try academy on 3 separate continents at the same time.

We have "Talent days" - we watch players during a round of training sessions before we enrol them to the academy. We have AI algorithm to help our scouts compare kids between each other.
Secondly, we also have agreements with grassroots academies that train very young players 8-13 so we have 5 years to watch them and appropriately assess their skills.
For the big picture, we focus on second divisions for now of European leagues and when we establish the name we will pitch top tier.

Yes of course. We want to model it using football and then jump into others.
Why we chose football and not simply all sports?
We want to make sure our investors are protected and we create the best possible setup for it as an application (especially player passport) and also physical (academy).
