We heavily vest a team over 18 months so to keep price stable.
In general, we want project to be as attractive as possible to get investors for longer.
And we are in the period tokens are really low, so with the next move up chances are that our token will be really elevated (not guaranteed). Also, we don't count on it solely because we want to, we work hard to make token appreciate on its own.

For general strategy

We treat each country separately and we're now creating a business plan for individual countries. What works in Europe, might not work in Africa etc.
However, part of the marketing strategy will require pitching European clubs with second and third divisions to get them on board.
We need to have resources to do that including database, emails, meeting, travelling.

From what I know, ICO hasn't started yet. According to their roadmap, it will begin in 2nd quarter of this year for ICO while pre-ICO is on 1st quarter. You can check more information at https://bitcademy.io/#roadmap. I guess the team will release the amount raised for private sale very soon.
