In lieu of the recent “Bull market” as well as consistent feedbacks from our community and contributors, Blue Whale has reduced the hard cap to 30 million SGD (22.7 million USD).
With 25 million SGD raised from Private and Pre sales, we will only be raising an additional 5 million SGD (3.78 million USD). Tokens that are unsold will be burnt prior to the listing, effectively reducing our circulating supply to 32,160,000,000 BWX from 52,800,000,000 BWX. Please note that our fixed rate remains the same at 1 SGD : 800 BWX OR 1.32 SGD : 1 USD : 1,056 BWX
Foremost, the public sales will start on 24th May 2018, Midnight GMT and continue for one month. There will be Maximum Cap but the exact cap will be announced later in May.
Finally, coming soon will be our much anticipated and refurbished Website and White paper.

So reading threw the medium article got me confused a little , I see that the whole project build on assumption . You assumed that there is already established freelancer network that the whole project gonna be build upon it . I like the idea a lot but to achieve it there should be a big wide spread freelancer network , How you will manage this in this hard industry !! The competition in the freelancer industry is brutal with all this big player in the field!
I think they designed the concept of decentralized M&A to quickly achieve this scale.
Basically, from what I understand,
1) they will help up and coming platforms do ICO on the Blue Whale platform
2) they will partner with existing marketplace platform by doing token swaps: simon yu from stormx is an advisor. So good chance
3) all their partners already have existing user base which definately helps
I think it’s a pretty decent way to build this network

unless there are huge advantages to coming onboard with a verifiable track-record of the working model then why would any self empowered or employed person even start the idea process of sharing his hard earned status and or anything else to simply jump on this band wagon?
i feel that there will be very little in means of actual usability of this system and it will simply dither and die very fast.... the very same as several of other projects have dies using the same idea structure as this one!

In my opinion, the project covers a very serious social stratum, a layer of interaction between job seekers and employers. There are not many such projects, and even less literate projects. If the marketing problem is overcome, investors can make good money on it.
