That's a good idea. Contests will keep investors interested in this ICO. Basically, the fact that the developers are planning to start their work in India is very good. The state is positively attuned to the idea of using e-learning.

Their main task is to ensure the transmission of educational information. I understand that. They will be the node of communication between all participants of this system, provide creation smart-contacts. Just now it is not quite clear how this will work in practice.

It is not so fast to be done. It's still in the development phase. And how do you imagine the possibility to use the theoretical materials of other universities. There is access to open online-libraries. But every university has its own work in every field. I don't think they want to share it.

Now there is an active work on introduction of the basic platform which will deal with data transfer. In the near future the Edgecoin team will take part in two more conferences. I think we'll learn a lot of new details.
