World thru a pink glasses. Not all, even not a half countries are working for their citizens and want to modernize education system in real life not only in words. It's a reason why Edgecoin needed.

Everything should be coordinated with the legislative base of the countries. Most often the state is interested only in taxation of companies. And only a handful of countries care about the development of their residents. So people themselves need to be worried about the possibility of getting a quality education.
