If this is project is linked to cars, it would be cool if there was a kind of advertisement platform where some car-care centers, fuel stations and etc. could be promoted. If I were a developer, I would think over it))

Will 10% be valid until the end of the ICO?

No, it will only be available until 12050 Eth are collected. After that there will be a 5% bonus valid until the end of the ICO.

Let's say I'm submitting the information about my car into the system but the previous owner of my car hasn't changed his information yet. What should I do in this case?

Good day! I've read that every user will have to prove that his car is registered under his name along with identity verification. How is this going to happen if I may ask?

A public, immutable database with car records has a lot of value in it. However I am not confident that carVertical will be able to prevent fraud in its reports which is its only selling point.

But besides that it won't have its wallet ready till mid-2020. 2.5 years away. That's way too far off to be raising money in an ICO now even if carVertical does have other products to offer.

If I'm not wrong during the registration I will have to feel out the information about my car that will be stored in  Ethereum. What if I sell my car? Will I have to delete everything and create a new profile?

it looks like it's a very good platform that provides correct information. But the fact that users won't have to verify their identity makes me doubt it. Because some information that comes from abroad for example can be fake.
wait a second, every user will have to verify their identity during registration. All the information will be carefully checked after it was submitted. Especially if user refused to verify his identity.

Then why there is no algorithm that would be a responsible for checking whether or not user information was real?
Because  they are going to use a third party to do it. Same as Civic Company uses. And of course in the near future they are planning to work out the algorithm.
how can you guarantee that the third party is going to provide you correct information about new users?
