4%:  Private Whitelist Reserve (Including Bonus)
45%:  Crowdsale Reserve (Including Bonus)
25%:  COIN Reserve (Held in Smart Contract)
10%:  Ecosystem Development and Partnerships
16%:  Employee and Advisor Option Pool to Recruit and Retain

All unsold tokens will be transfered to COIN reserve, Employee and Advisor Pool will be vested for 5 year with annual partial release. Ecosystem Development pool is yet to be used. All this leads us to current tokens in circulation - 8.7M of 107M issued.
Tokens in COIN reserve and those which will be sent to COIN reserve (unsold ICO tokens) will be managed by smart contract. Noone including Coinvest can withdraw them from smart contrac. These tokens may go in circulation only as trading profit while using our platform see details in (whitepaper).

-  Upgraded protocol and audited smart contracts (Authio) to V2 to support innovation in new ERC standards
-  Demo of V2 upgrade of the above 👆
-  Over 38+ blog articles, 7+ videos, and other collateral since the middle of November
-  Registered offerings with the US SEC
-  Registered as a money services business with the US FinCEN
-  Relationship with the Maltese government and are working together on an unannounced effort
-  Partnerships with reputable companies and organizations such as Republic, Quantstamp, and Ethereum Enterprise Alliance
-  Exchange launch partnerships with IDEX and HitBTC as our first listings
-  Hardware partnerships in place with Cardinal Peak and Cryptotronix to develop our hardware wallet

We expect to release two products on MainNet in the next quarter as well.  We are curious about the other companies you mention and their traction to-date.

Coinvest is a startup that seeks to create a simplified platform for crypto investors to easily invest in digital assets including indexes – all with a single wallet and coin. As crypto goes mainstream, Coinvest wants to make it easier for a wider audience to participate in this emerging sector of finance.

I saw 3-4 projects with a completely identical idea, I think that this project will be difficult to implement without proper investment.

The good news is that COIN is added on IDEX and HITBTC exchanges. This is really a better start than EtherDelta and ForkDelta. It would be nice to have other exchanges and coinmarketcap in the near future

How was circulation determined? Are the tokens out of circulation guaranteed locked up by a contract?

 Will they have the same functionality as the full version of the platform?

Getting listed on IDEX and HITBTC from the beginning is a good move.
It is much better than most of the altcoins out there which are only listed on DEX.

when are you going to distribute the coins? I was a  bounty participant and I would like to know when to expect the reward to get distributed. Thanks a lot in advance
