Would be great to see a lower personal cap, will mean more members for when the site is launched and will still sell out regardless. Personally I think 10-25ETH would be a good range. Very excited for Coinvest and can't wait to be a part of this venture

We currently have 13K people registered for our crowdsale with an average interest of $6K per investment. Our max cap is $30M so demand is currently outpacing supply. We expect demand to continue as we have some large announcements we'll be making in the coming weeks. At this stage, we are optimistic that we'll be able to reach our max cap.

I have question. I'm in process of registration, but I have id document but I haven't utility bill or something like the because I pay all duties via internet. What should I do in this case?

This is by far the best ICO I have ever seen, the Team is very solid and they are very friendly on telegram answering all the Questions, I hope the Project will come out as good as your white-paper, wish you guys the best on the upcoming Public Sales.

There is no longer a whitelist as our private whitelist offering has already closed. Registering on our form enables us to obtain your email address (and understand the demand velocity) so that we can keep you informed and notify you in advance so that you are best positioned to participate in the main tokensale in February.

Correct me if i'm misunderstanding the concept, but if i want to purchase, i.e., $200.00 of BTC, $200.00 of ETH and $100.00 of TRX on Coinvest's platform, i'll, in effect, be purchasing $500.00 COIN value which, on Coinvest, will grow/decrease in value per current market values of the above-stated pro rata shares in BTC, ETH, and TRX...not actually holding any coins except for COIN, correct?
If confirmed, then am I able to move my $500.00 COIN value to Ledger Nano Wallet?
If so, if i moved it to Nano and, one month later moved all COIN back to Coinvest, would it remember the pro rata shares i purchased in virtual BTC, ETH and TRX?

Actually, when you make a trade on our platform, your COIN value is held in the underlying assets in your investment portfolio. However, that investment data and the contract value is held in our smart contract, platform, and blockchain. In your example, you would use $500 in COIN to trade and make your investment portfolio. That value and your positions are held in the smart contract. Once you are ready to sell, the smart contract returns the investment value back to your wallet using the equivalent value in COIN. (For example, if your investment portfolio increased to $1000, you would receive $1000 in equivalent value in COIN depending on the market price)
When COIN sits on your Coinvest wallet or another wallet, it is not in an investment portfolio and would be treated as a normal currency for you to use or spend. (If it is on your Coinvest wallet, then you can easily spend your COIN using the Coinvest debit card)

Fortunately, we received over 1500 registrants and are 3.3x oversubscribed our maximum cap (of $3M) for our private whitelist offering. Unsold tokens were going to be made available for our public pre-sale in January, but there are no unsold tokens left. The next opportunity to purchase would be in February during the mainsale at a 10% bonus.
We can't make any guarantees for a seat in the February crowdsale because it is controlled by our smart contract (and is first come / first serve), but we have your information now and will notify you accordingly so that you are well prepared to participate.

Is it fair to say that private keys for the COIN wallet will only be held by the user?

Coinvest will never hold any private key data. Our desktop wallet app will store the private keys locally on your desktop / laptop. Once we implement the mobile app, the private keys will be stored on your mobile device. Once we release our hardware wallet, the private keys would be stored on that device.
