The CRYSTALS ecosystem provides a full user-friendly service for customers and performers through two main products: CRYSTALS website and mobile app companion. Now we are working on mobile app on IOS and Android It will include a self-signed certificate that any user can easily install on their mobile device.

This is not likely to happen if a user on our platform is not be banned forever but temporarily, so there's no use banning and unbanning them in our telegram chat. But, please, note that if the actions of the clients occur again, he will be banned and won't be renovated ( he/she will be restricted from our group chat as well).

The first this is searching and booking. Then your funds are blocked until further confirmation. If you refuse then your funds will be defrosted and you will be able to get it back. So, you will not lose your money if you refuse from services on this stage.
The second step provides transaction confirmation through smartphone. Then funds are successfully transferred to the performer’s account.

What do you mean by saying "funds are successfully transferred to the performer’s account". Maybe you wanted to say to his/her wallet?

By saying this we mean our own wallet which is now into development.
