No you can't use an Exchange Wallet as becuase those are not supported during ICOs.
You must use any "ERC 20 Compatible Wallet" such as MyEtherWallet.com.

Currently, we're offering a 36% bonus on every purchase as we're in the 1st block of contribution.
This bonus will decrease as we raise more funds and we step into next blocks of Ethereum.
