I think that when buying directly from builders at the auction the buyer will get a discount of up to 30% but in return they have to pay for the use of the platform. Even though we do good but sometime we have to face some difficulties with political activities. I have experienced this because they won't pay proper mortgage to us. So nitro should overcome all these problems.
