In many countries, homebuyers have no alternatives but buying off-plan. Off-plan properties are more affordable than ready-made and second-hand properties in the developed countries. Now global investors and homebuyers continue to take risks of off-plan development which may end up with incomplete houses and lost money. This situation is common in Russia and the BRICS countries where the INTRO system development was initiated.



Most of people are buying construction houses because they don't have spare time for construction purpose and moreover if they buy empty land there is lot of allegation approaching to them. So every person is thinking they don't want to risk their money by just throwing them on off- plan investment.

A lot of things depends of how much money the person has. Not everybody has enough money for a ready construction.

Real estate nowadays is venturing in using blockchain to create a better eco-system. I attended an event here in philippines that they are managing and offering real estate investment using the technology. I think this project is very semilar to that and I hope that it will really deliver the promise to the marketplace. Good luck to this project. Cheers.

To participate in pre-sales should the data be validated through KYC? In relation to the auction of real estate, will the auctioneer's fee be charged?


There is an obligatory KYC procedure on ICO, but on Pre-ICO there is NO KYC procedure. The fee depends from the conditions of auctions. We just give an information. But fees much less then the discounts, that is why it is profitable to buy property on auctions.

What is the reason that there is no obligatory KYC procedure on pre-ICO? What is the difference in terms of regulatory compliance?

Because the biggest part of collected funds will be transferred to  a Bank account, for this money is necessary KYC. Part of the funds collected on the pre-ico will use for payments in the cryptocurrency for this is not required KYC

Off plan property cheaper then a ready made property. Into gives and information about property and the developer of this property and its reputation. Such information will help to make a white decision.
