This project has the resemblance of an online auction system bringing together all players in the construction market. Looks nice idea with a possible app but that’s all. Regulation still don’t exists and there are lots of flaws about this project. I hardly go for ICO that don’t have existing project as it may take a long time for the project to come into existence. KYC details are not shown and security has to be taken into consideration considering recent hacks. goodluck
For revolutionary concepts it is quite often the case that they don't have a running business with a long history. I think this idea can introduce a lot of competition into the respective market and that can bring a lot of benefits.

In different countries, different laws for the acquisition of real estate. Also, sometimes laws change. Needs experienced lawyers in this field. How will you solve this issue?
If it will by necessary the lawyers will be hired.
What does it mean "if necessary"? I think that this is an integral part of the project. Investors should be fully confident that they are only required to make a money transfer and not to complicate their lives with other issues.
