ONAM has done its homework and chosen the right first coins to list in their exchange. Important and popular coins should be in list to grab many potential traders.

I agree, Those common and popular coins will going to help them too on making a volume for their exchange. When they have some good volume getting more traders will be easy.

True, I think they made the right decision in listing these popular coins first as they're more stable than others.

I don't this should matter. I mean if they are accepting listing and one coin has already submitted their listing request; they should keep their doors open and not limit coins now. I mean they should have a scalable solution so it shouldn't matter.

No exchange would like to keep hard limit for number of tokens listing at exchange. But depending on their infrastructure they will add tokens slowly.

The idea of ONAM is great. Being able to meet any security requirements, combating money laundering and possibly meeting the requirements of any regulatory authority will make the project a popular choice for the community. In my opinion, the development of the project will contribute to the adoption of electronic money by the nations!

It's just a start, and I am sure they will have more tokens / coins for trading. It seems team is doing lot of research before adding any coin token to exchange.

I don’t think they have a hard limit when I talked to them on telegram they were taking suggestions and are working for more coins but want to maintain regulatory compliance so have to work around that I think with coin platforms

Even though it's take few clicks to list at Onam exchange, but I am sure Onam will be doing lot of screening in background before approving any tokens listing.

Counted 25 tokens. Not bad for a start. Some of the tokens I recognized and some I didn't recognize but I believe they are all good tokens anyway.

This is old tweet when they announced first 25 currencies, I dont see any new currency added in the list. I am not sure if I am missing anything?

HAHA it was just my way of saying that they get to a point where they have volume grow naturally from word of mouth where volume just steadily increases on their assortment of coins they have, basically meant that they start to grow independently of trying to bring users in

run away volume!!! it sounds like a real crypto term a newbie will assume that's a real thing. well as regards that i believe once they get to a certain level publicity the rest will be done by the users. just like you said

For the start these 25 coins are sufficient. One of the Admins in the Telegram channel asked me, which coin I want tp see on ONAM. I suppose they will list some other currencies right after the launch.

Yea, i believe so, like you said, its good for a start and they can add other coins as they go, its a gradual process and they have been doing good in terms of implementation, talking about implementation, i think they are one of the exchange sites that has newbies as part of their priorities as oppose to most other sites that are not newbie friendly

for a startup i also fee 25 coin is pretty okay, once they go online i believe more token will get listed and increase their cryptocurrency count

While running ICO they announced coins which is listing on their exchange soon. That's really great news for me. In start up I never seen more than 10 coins on any new exchange.

Yeah. Most startup exchanges don't even have up to 15 tokens currently listed on their exchange site. They all strive hard to bring up traffic to their exchange, that's when you start to hear about bounty and giveaways.

Exactly, the team is very cautious as they have always ensured that their every move is regulatory compliant. I see no reason why an exchange should have limit to the amount of token/coin it can list unless it is against the law.

No. I think you are right. Its old news. For crypto one week itself is too late. But they will sure to consider some stable coins as well. There were some conversations about it in their telegram channel.

I seen this news I guess before a week. But I still don't know that which pairs are listing with 25 coins. I mean with BTC and ETH pairs or with FIAT currencies.
