I don't understand the stuff that you are trying to achieve with the ICO. Do you accept escrow, sadly this forum has been picked as a fundraising platform and without escrow scam teams come and take money and vanish , i will give stress if you accept escrow?
Hi Pinkman12345! Thanks for the comment! Our Advisory board supervises and holds escrow for our project. Goals of our ico are to fundraise for being able to grow and develop existing platform, add more features to it, and then in the phase II implement DAO to make users govern the platform completely. Opporty is a platform which combines web-based app with the blockchain app (dAPP) with it's own token called OPP
We are in the process of righting use cases that will demonstrate how Opporty helps to solve real-life problems.
We have already built the product and have first users. What we want to do now is to decentralize existing platform to get more community involvement and extensively grow it.
We also invented and coded decentralized Escrow on Ethereum blockchain. It will be soon published on the Github under open source license, so anyone will be able to use it for his/her project. This tool will allow us to build truly distributed system of independent arbitrators who will supervise all the deals and agreements made on Opporty.

Is this a APP?
Yes, it is an application. An online marketplace with knowledge sharing platform. It is the only app which is decentralized escrow system and decentralized business community voting for service standards and rules baked by smart contracts created based on those rules and standards utilizing blockchain technology.
Or a coin?
To process transactions inside the system we are issuing coins.
What is your technical value?
We are first who develop decentralized escrow procedure provided by elected judges. Voting for standards and baking real world services by smart contracts is also valuable input. Real world samples will be released shortly.
