Yes. Some of the rules include not gaining commission from your own purchases, for example. Also you can't have 2 accounts simultaneously to prevent fraud.

Events are subscription to certain quantity of events for generating revenue in the platform per month. The user needs them to make operations in the platform for generating income in the system. This is the capacity of the platform. 1 PM7 token is a permanent premium subscription for 1 PM7 event in the system.
You will be able to utilize them after the end of ICO.
