From the roadmap I saw on the Poins.io website, this project more focused as an exchanger, right? Because from roadmap stated that in Q1 2021 it will launch poinsku.com, the time span between one project to another I think is very long, and how will you ensure that this project can be a long-term investment? FAQ section is incomplete you should have to put instructions how to create the wallet. Given link is not working maybe you forget to make this complete?

We really really appreciate your efforts that you put in to go through our website and figure that out. However, we like to tell you that it's not incomplete, but it's not REQUIRED. If you have seen the roadmap, you MIGHT realize that the Wallet is under-development, so that means you are NOT able to create it as of the moment.
However, as I said, we are highly grateful that you showed interest in our project, and we assure you, once the wallet is available (In December), we will ensure to have the instructions available for it.

Looks like you guys are trying to put all the good that crypto offers together! Cool. But don't you think this is too much? Too perform all these projects will costs a whole lot of time and money. At least, if you want to do it right. Do you have the resources for this? Also, what does the project stand out from others (DEX, trade, etc)?

You are right, we are creating something that's not an easy thing at all! However, we have not started this project out of excitement. Poins is a project that took months and months of planning with putting every piece of the puzzle together, and only after that we came across it and made it into reality.
We are fully aware that all this will take TIME and MONEY, but we are fully prepared and determined for it, as Poins is not just ANOTHER project for the Poins team, but it is THE project for us all! We not just got the resources but also have the talent and skills for it, and that can be seen ALREADY and will be proven more in time to come!
Our aim is clear, we are not here for competing against other companies, but we are here for the betterment of the whole industry and more so, the betterment of the public (investors), who are always at the wrong end of things. So, we want to make the right!
