The item was so cheap, that shipping fee is far greater than the actual item you've purchased. Smart City Eco was really brilliant at bringing something to us that solves any problem.

You got it right there! A warranty is not enough for protection to the buyer. What if there is a problem with the purchase of the buyer. For example, the color of the item was not the preferred color of the buyer. It is not covered by warranty but needs to be replaced. I think they have to put a certain procedure on how to deal with this kind of situation. I think Smart City Eco will have an answer for this one.

If you put up a business, you already have foreseen the possible problems that will arise and before you start your business, you have already created a solution to the problem. Absolutely, I agree with you 100%. And besides if you are putting a business and your business is not a pioneer in the industry, more o r less you will create something new and or offer something new to the existing one so that your business has a potential to succeed. Otherwise, Smart City Eco, if they will not offer something better in contrast to already existing business, growth of the company will not be much assured. That is why, I believe that they already have strategies at hand to assure that the business will stand.

I assume, that they have revised the white paper because of the feedbacks they receive. So rest assured that the other questions, doubts or problems raised here in forum are surely being noticed.

I think they are making progress to it, their white paper is also revised and some information had been added, Smart City ECO has so much to offer when it comes to global and economical online production and creating some connections by their platform to the users and also to the companies they are partnered with.

They using Waves Wallet, a Russian project wherein you able to put up coins and token without limit in depositing and withdrawal. For me a way more better wallet than other. Personally I have one, but many token are requiring ERC-20 or Ethereum Wallet.

I have their wallet, it is called Waves Wallet by the way. I don't also know how this wallet work in terms of security and privacy pattern but in design and feature it is more fantastic than other wallet.
