Actually some ICOs now are postponed due of constant dropping of value of eth and some investors now are losing their trust in crypto like it's a real quick to see their investment subside. Hope by April we see some good changes in the market. *cross fingers!

Yes, I see a lot of project that extend the ICO token sales. Also some project delay the listing because of market situation. Maybe April can change the situation for better.

Indeed, many projects delay the listing specifically, which would at least somehow protect their coins from falling prices. Quite a common practice in such situations.
