Honestly this caught my attention I did not know KYC was not a requirement; What I've known so far or at least for the ICO i've invested in KYC was always mandatory.

I think KYC is mandatory if you are making any purchase. For bounty or free tokens, KYC is not needed. Let me check with Tachain team at their telegram channel.

Please let us know your findings, it will be interesting to know and I hope KYC is not required for the small time investors like myself

Yeah, I think most of the project is really good if they will have an androi or Ios version of the project for those smartphone users. You're also right that they must not delay the release when they setted it.

They do but the fact is that iOS tends to be where the money is or atleast the people with more disposable income, ios focus targets smaller market but more consistently more open to spending, Android focuses on larger market but fewer aftermarket spenders

I think everyone either it's iOS user or Android users, both can afford taxi services Wink

. In fact iPhone users will be having own car, Android users will be looking for taxi services:)

Getting softcap out of the way always seems to have a really positive short and longterm affect on the project I suppose people see once a softcap is met the chance of their investment going the distance is more tangible

I am not sure who would go through the trouble; you might as well accumulate using a single account; I have to say it is not really that easy if the end user is using a vpn or something.

Yeah, There's a lot of way now to make different accounts on differen IP's because of that VPN and other IP's changer or maker related programs. But I think tachain will going to make a counter measure for it.

At the end we need to see how much % of token are kept for bounty. If it just 2-3% then it's fine I think. Even if all these guys dump tokens after listing, there will not be any issues.

If you have a look on the spreadsheet for the bounty, there are not many participants. At the signature campaign, there are only 19 participants. I don't think that many of them will dump their coins.

The amount of participants is indeed small and i'm glad it is, you don't want to have the whole place littered with participants that will do nothing more than to dump, just a few of the individuals involve will hodl and help sustain the project, so yea, i'm really happy that such is happening, tachain should endeavor to see this become a success

A project hitting its softcap does not mean its ICO is successful. However the release of the Android app is what the community is waiting for as most uses android
