Why do you think it wouldn't be good for mobile? Especially that PoS does not mandate that much performance. I never thought of the mobile being a limitation when going PoS.

I was missed this point from app. By using rating system we can filter best services of taxi driver and users. I like this idea.

Yeah it's really good because they will know who will be the best and worth taxi drivers for their services because some people are really choosy which drivers will they like or not.

If a driver is badly rated what will be the penalty, will the driver be suspended or stopped from driving on the platform?

Every case is individual, we will consider every driver with low rating and then we will make a final decision, most strictest punishment is a deleting from our platform.

I don't think that there has been any measure to combat this situation to be honest. I have not heard about a scenario like this, but i am sure that if it happens once then they will surely find a fix.
