Another thing I like about this Tachain application is the rating system for taxi drivers and user, its always nice to know people's reputation before dealing with them. Great innovation here Tachain!
I was missed this point from app. By using rating system we can filter best services of taxi driver and users. I like this idea.Yeah it's really good because they will know who will be the best and worth taxi drivers for their services because some people are really choosy which drivers will they like or not.
Good point, but I don't think users are able to select the taxi driver they wish can they? I thought it would be similar to Uber and just give them a short description and picture
Yes, Uber has a similar feature like that. I think it will be really great if they can choose the driver they want base on the drivers previous reviews and reputations on customers.
Yeah for me I'd like to be able to see the drivers ratings and reputations. Was he rude and obnoxious for example. Did he drive the long way and increase my fees etc etc
