We are also very thankful for having this opportunity trust logic this might be the solution to lessen the unemployment people in our society and in fact we all want this to happen also. As we all know we can also get benefits from it and I know this project has a potential to be successful in the near future, that's why we're looking forward for more updates and we are also encouraging more people to support this project.
The potential for this project's success is very high because their ideas are well presented, and also since the platform is based on an already existing project which has been a success.
I believe this project will be successful as well. If it was successful before, why will it not be successful this time? It's easier to implement the project because they already have experienced launching it and maintaining it.
If it's about potential, yes it is high but we won't know how it will all turn out since we are still in the middle of it. Their experience gives guarantee to the investors that they know what they are doing.

ISPs can choose to get any of their background information like Criminal, Drug and Work History verified by placing a request through their TrustLogicsTM Tokens. Suitable Validators will be notified of the request. After successful verification of the background check process, the allocated TrustLogicsTM Tokens get distributed between Validators and the TrustLogicsTM platform. Once an ISP fulfils the needs of a Service Requestor, they can request a rating of their work from the latter. TrustLogicsTM helps ISPs maintain a Digital Portfolio which will contain all such ratings and reviews.

I think it is only proper for Trustlogics to put a simple guide for its users on how to complete a transaction properly. As I have seen, Trustlogics platform is user friendly and can be easily understand. This will not be much of a problem with ISPs in completing a transaction of making a request and settling payment. No i dont think so Chikitita2004, Trustlogics is for this kind of problem, their main goal is to make it ieasy for both the recruiters and the applicants the procedure and by providing services i dont think ithere will still be more to pay to this manpower agencies.

I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I think it is good to have an online interview using trustlogics application. Well, I know it is not part of the platform of trustlogics and it is already above the objectives of this project. But it is good also if they will make some effort to put it. We already innovated the hiring process, why do we not make it completely. Just sharing my idea.

Well you have your point too, but what I think is, if there will be an online interview, I think it will be very difficult for the team since they are going to interview millions of applicants. I mean they are humans too, their body will collapse, I think, because they will be exhausted.
I think their idea of having a online interview is a good thing,it would really help lessen peoples hussle to go back and fort to the company they want to work with.and im sure that they had this all planned.

Interviews and submitting the requirements is just a regular procedure in the hiring process. I believe this procedure will not be totally eliminated with the user of Trustlogics. Reading verified documents is different from getting your applicants personally and here is where the interview comes in. A one on one interview can tell us more about the applicant, his behavior, mannerism, command on his language proficiency, confidence and many more. This step can not be eliminated in the hiring process. Going into training and having a medical check up for your record is also an important part in the hiring process. This will check how fit you are to the work and will set you ready for the job. Similarly, providing a copy of your documents like birth certificate, diploma, police clearance and other required documents is also a standard procedure in the job hiring process. Companies need this on file  as well and a personal way of verifying your details as well to support the information you provided when you applied to the company or when they checked your profile with Trustlogics.

To add up on this, some freelancer do experience online interviews instead. I wonder why choose Curacao as your pilot to launch TrustLogics. But upon going over about Curacao, I have to salute you for choosing that place.  I believe it has great potential.  And with TrustLogics I am positive that you will also help in the promotion of the country in terms of tourism.  I like the country, it is nice,also as an island, it is close to my heart. and I believe that there will be lot of job opportunities there that is why you choose to launch your project there. As Trustlogic will be known in recruitment industry so as Curacao.

If the country will be much developed, offer jobs to its people, good that Trustlogics will be there to cater to both the applicants and employers needs in the area of recruitment and employment. Wow! This is wonderful! I wish we coukd also have this kind of service in my country. We have a very popular white beach island there and actually a tourist spot, so they offer a lot of jobs for different individuals. The problem is worker exploitation is happens since the demand for jobs is greater than the number of jobs offered. If trustlogics will also be therr, they will be able to implement a smart contract to be agreed by both employer and employees.

It is exciting for me because If ever I will apply, I want to work in a place that it is not too popular with foreigners. Some place like Curacao.  I honestly never heard it until I read about TrustLogics, and probably there is more exciting countries to choose from.  Good job TrustLogics, for opening doors in other countries for employment. I just hope Curacao will accept foreign workers and there is a job that suits and will qualify me.

I am not quite sure if they will be accepting foreign applicants, but its worth the try. This is really a good development for Trustlogics. Since the pilot test will determine if the project is a success. This step is actually a small success already for Trustlogics. I don't see any major problem for Trustlogics to complete this pilot testing.

I don't know if this is a good idea or not. I think it is good to have an online interview using trustlogics application. Well, I know it is not part of the platform of trustlogics and it is already above the objectives of this project. But it is good also if they will make some effort to put it. We already innovated the hiring process, why do we not make it completely. Just sharing my idea.

Well you have your point too, but what I think is, if there will be an online interview, I think it will be very difficult for the team since they are going to interview millions of applicants. I mean they are humans too, their body will collapse, I think, because they will be exhausted.
I think their idea of having a online interview is a good thing,it would really help lessen peoples hussle to go back and fort to the company they want to work with.and im sure that they had this all planned.

Well, for me, my idea about the online interview, the recruiters and the short-listed applicants will be the one to negotiate about it. iIt is not anymore the jurisdiction or it is not covered by the vision of TrustLogics  How can they profit from the online interview. And how will they be charge and who to charge if they will still use the TrustLogic.

Damn, I cannot even stress enough how much I love the concept of this project. It clearly draws in attention from various people all over the world because of real use case and the big help it offers to give the people who joins it. This is clearly a project worth supporting and taking to success. I know a lot also thinks the same and the numbers with the same mindset will surely increase.

Trustslogics moved one notch higher by setting an agreement with the Government of Curacao. This one will add to the long list of achievements of Trustlogics. The main goal of the agreement is to resolve the inefficent in hiring process. Congrats!!
