The Independent Service provider that will be on their platform can be helpful for those free lancers and experienced workers that has skill especialty. This way they can find more jobs not only their regular route and place thats they have working with but it will expand the area of finding new service requestors in the process.
I think this is the main target of this dude. Since therr are also individuals who can work flexibly but doesnt belong to any company of hiring agencies. This will open a door for sure for those freelancer fellows who can manage to have multiple jobs in their own convient time.
Many people as of now are chosen to be an independent service person than to be part of a company. Like me, I want to be an individual service provider someday that will contact with different people offering my services and I know that trustlogics will help me. I want to become a private tutor and I think I can offer my services using trustlogics app.

Yes that is true. I believe that the ISP's pertains to individual professionals and freelancers. Right now tutorial, call center, accounting services and similar professional services can be don thru outsourcing. There are even new positions available that uses social media as their platform. Why people now go outside their home and go on job fair, sweat a lot and consume so much of time, effort and money just to be hired. Sometimes these are some of the reason why people are too tired of applying job and end up unemployed. This is probably now a good reason to work to. No time, cost and effort to consume to. Well, this is just because online application is not too useful that what they think, because they believe that through applying and going to some job fair is more chance to find a job because of many company who looking for a job seekers. But through the help of the trustlogics they will provide a good apportunity to those who want to find a job and for sure they will refer it to their friends once they see the fast result of the TrustLogics.

Some also use it to deceive people that they are hiring personnel for expansion of their company but in reality they are near bankruptcy and they are baiting investors that will put their money on their business to somehow survive. As i was remember, my friend try to apply online and send their files and after a week she got a call from the company and asking to bring their files that is needed to the company, and after that day they said that they will call back again but,so long time ago there is nothing happen that is why some jobseekers has no trust on applying online. TrustLogics is here to change the mind of every jobseekers which is they need to show that applying online is more useful and interesting than the traditional way.

I’m looking forward for this project to be implemented in my country since recruitment is one of the major problem in my country. They are making recruitment a business there.
Look at the picture, that is usual scenario when there is a job hiring. There are always filtration to the employees specially to those who are more familiar to the checker and interviewer. Yes, I know that applying for a job is really difficult and I called it as a survival of the fittest but look what happens to the jobseekers when they fail, they are just losing their time and effort from nothing.
Its hard to find a job specially if the luck is unyours.
But i also believe in saying that if the job's is for you then it's for you, we have the reasons why we are in that place or job... For me when im failed to the job i applied i consider it as challenge for me to keep on going and to keep learning, and thinking that the job is not for me and there's a lot of job out there waiting for me...  Grin

As of now you will get hired based on your qualification and not based on your race, color or gender. Although there are still companies who have prejudice, more and more companies are accepting you as you are and as a person. Because admit it or not, a big percentage, all over the world are hired based on recommendations and not qualifications. I hate this way. We call it in my country “padrino”. Someone who is more qualified is being overlooked just because he doesnt have a backup and instead someone who doesnt have the guts and not even qualified is being hired because he is endorsed by someone in position. 
I think, it is with the discretion of the company who is hiring if they will hire the one referred through peer-to peer system or would also check those other jobseekers available around. If I am the employer, I would still check on who is more qualified for the job that I offer, not just depending on the referral from the peer-to-peer system.

Yes giga19 and that will be making recruitment easy. No more doubts on their credentials and no more sending private detectors on the candidates part to find out about the person. Easy, as is. As it the profile is presented then it has to be believed in because everything will be transparent here.

It will settle easily. There are many instances that hiring of jebseekers delayed due to the  invalidation of credentials. Correct it's like you've come to the right place, here in trustlogics you own your data because you can choose on what part of your profile will see by anyone even the recruiter can limit the portion it... Its your profile so you'll be the one to decide to whom you gonna show it, that's great right?

I hate this way. We call it in my country “padrino”. Someone who is more qualified is being overlooked just because he doesnt have a backup and instead someone who doesnt have the guts and not even qualified is being hired because he is endorsed by someone in position. 
well,this kind of issues had been in the hiring industry for years applicants with most potential are not getting the suitable job for them but instead the one applicant that fakes his resume and has back up in the company will get hired.this kind of hiring must stop its not fair for everyone.

I think that is the problem that the trust logics is trying to solve, the highest possibility of a skilled worker to be hired in the industry of world economical growth the platform is for everyone and it helps to the improvement of the economical growth of the country by hiring some professionals for the right specific jobs.
i agree, since the focus of the project is the economical growth and the problem in hiring some people in the right management, that is the best part in trust logics the possibilities for the unemployed people to have their job and the right course for them.

Why people now go outside their home and go on job fair, sweat a lot and consume so much of time, effort and money just to be hired. Sometimes these are some of the reason why people are too tired of applying job and end up unemployed. This is probably now a good reason to work to. No time, cost and effort to consume to. Great concept and Team of Developers.
Well, this is just because online application is not too useful that what they think, because they believe that through applying and going to some job fair is more chance to find a job because of many company who looking for a job seekers. But through the help of the trustlogics they will provide a good apportunity to those who want to find a job and for sure they will refer it to their friends once they see the fast result of the TrustLogics.
milandres0207 got a point. Some of us are not aware that some companies use the online hiring just to advertise that their company is growing. Some also use it to deceive people that they are hiring personnel for expansion of their company but in reality they are near bankruptcy and they are baiting investors that will put their money on their business to somehow survive. Trustlogics will be the most reliable platform I think in the future.

As i was remember, my friend try to apply online and send their files and after a week she got a call from the company and asking to bring their files that is needed to the company, and after that day they said that they will call back again but,so long time ago there is nothing happen that is why some jobseekers has no trust on applying online. TrustLogics is here to change the mind of every jobseekers which is they need to show that applying online is more useful and interesting than the traditional way.

For the most part, I do think that TrustLogics is different from any other companies or online hiring agencies that

By the way guys, what do you think about the future of their tokens called TLT tokens, does it have potential for profit in investors? Well, it will take time for their ICO to come so i wonder what the team are doing by this time that they are in the waiting period.
I hope so. Their tokens will be used in registering in the platform by users and in paying the validators as well as rewarding Independent Service Providers with it. So it will mean their tokens will be used as long as the platform exists and at work.
i believe so..So does it mean taht in order to regsiter or use TrustLogics platform you got to have ude their tokens. For me, that is also a nice strategy, although it might.lessen potential customers or.users but i guess since the concept of TrustLogics is definitely excellent and beneficial that is why they have the guts to just use their own token when registering with them.
It’s alright giga19. Those who will be interested will pay. They offer a much needed and quality service. Safe and transparent so what can we say, they deserve payment to sustain the platform. They will not be able to pay their staffs and maintain the platform if they don have fund.

They could also administer fees in the usage of each users. That way, they will be able to sustain it in a efficient manner. Its just
that I wish that the given fees will be reasonable and affordable because not all users are of the same financial status. May they be

Yes ofcourse they need to sustain the platform so they can continue to give service, and there's no free service or anything now a days everything is need to be paid... But infairness with trustlogics all your money would be worth it or more than of it will be back to you...

You are right! I will not cease on supporting this project because it will definitely change the way our hiring process and will definitely affect everyone I know. Trustlogics is a great project and the support that we can give to the project is really a good decision not only for us but for the future generation.
Project is so promising at all. TLT token for me may be able to have its own value because of its wide variety of uses in finding a job and validation of data documents. Probably holding this kind of token is a worth.
Soon TLT token will give a big hit to the market and because a lot of people supporting this project as I see and there are also positive compliments which I guess it's easy for them to more popular and gain more investors into their platform for the future.
