i partly agree with you, since as far as i have noticed that, whether you have a degree or not, once you want to apply into a specific job, mostly companies asks for your backgrounds, previous works and your skills. Despite of having a degree, it all matters if you have an experience or not, so i was also wondering how could it be really possible.

Well you have a point and it is clearly happening in the real world or the outside world. It takes lots of years in order to gain knowledge and experience, it is not that easily to attain, you have to be patient and work for it. Somehow this concept or project will serve as a model to all of the job hirings out there that seeks the most suitable applicant in their open position.
