People from these countries will have chance to hold these tokens in second wave when they will be available on exchanges. These restrictions are for direct investment but buying will be free. It is matter of time and many people have bought tokens of their choices later and here will be same opportunity.

I don't why there is some restriction who can be in ICO?

Dev,

It be due to country politics and regulation.
Not peoples choose

That's right. Strict regulations are suffocating ICOs and I hope South Korea will follow through on their plan to allow more space for ICOs to grow.

To be honest,i think some regulation is need, but i would rather see it enforced by crypto community.Something like DAICO model.

I think KYC wont be needed, but according to FAQ,participants from United States of America, Canada, China, Singapore and some other countries wont be able to join the sale.

Yes,  think we mentioned that regulations prevent this.

How come you are the only using it,are you core team member,or some tester? And when can public expect to be ready for testing purposes?

I was also wondering how you are able to use it.

I'm also wondering why it's only one user that is using it.

I think KYC wont be needed, but according to FAQ,participants from United States of America, Canada, China, Singapore and some other countries wont be able to join the sale.

Is that going to be a problem, from fund raising pov,as thats big part of the market that will have to stay out during ICO?
Why wont participants from those countries be able to join the sale?

Those countries have strong policies that restrict crypto movement so that's the main part. Hope some those things will change. Didn't I just read somewhere that South Korea will be loosening their crypto regulations?

Actually, what they announced is that they will loosen the grip on ICOs themselves.

so there is some restriction who can be in ICO?

I think maybe China and/or US, but not sure

That would be a strange situation indeed. USA adding more restrictions, and SK breaking them Cheesy
