for sure, you can find discussions towards cryptocurrency in all forums, or just read commets in the most popular social websites

It does. And its devs want to make like a competitor to many other ICO, so we'll see what comes next. Still I think that Telegram ICO is good to go now.

The main purpose would be still the same, to cooperate many other users in one path, path of betting!
