Is Telegram holding its own ICO campaign?
I'm not sure, however, I've got some reason to believe they plan to hold it in the nearest future.

I believe there are implicit ways to bet using Telegram but they are smaller than this project by orders of magnitude, even at this stage.

I have seen several of such projects and your attracts me the most. I would like to see more of the new proposals, which will be an advantage over the competition.
