Looks like to ICO is picking up more money in the last days I expect it to go above 6million easily.
I have joined the facebook bounty campaign of the iconomy.I signed up at ico.iconomi.net and also connected by facebook account with that.'
I like that facebook page and liked and shared some of the recent posts made there but in the bounty page still its not updated and it says i have zero likes and shares and i recieved no reward.
Its now be 4-5 hours and thats still not updates.Has facebook campaign ended.

steem for me have perspecive to be dumped over time, rise was unhealthy and it has heavy ponzi shemeBCY volume is to low for me to as coin for standard big index.
BCY can land on performance maybe but in main index with selling it can hurt ICONOMI...
to high speard beetween buy sell higher amouts will hurt index investors.
I read the whitepaper. I'm reasonably familiar with investment funds and investing, but I don't see how this works.
Maybe someone who does understand it could give an example of how it would work in real life?

When you invest in the ICONOMI ICO you receive a corresponding amount of tokens for your investment. ICONOMI will then launch future ICO's and use the ICO funds from ICONOMI to invest into their new ICO and so on.
So the investment opportunities are only in other crypto coins?

It is good that you posted this on the index that is behind ICONOMI.INDEX fund (ICNX): https://ico.iconomi.net/about-icnx-index. However, it is very incomplete. Here are a few questions that you need to answer. I am also available to help if you guys need it.
1. A random collection of things is not an index. Firstly, it needs to have a well-defined index criteria. e.g. S&P 500 index has a very well marketcap based defined criteria on which companies belong to the index. It could be 'this is decided by committee' but that needs to be explicitly and clearly stated.
2. How will the index composition change with time? Who decides when a new cryptocurrency is added to the index? Who decides when it is removed from the index?
3. How will the index allocation change with time? Given the components that you've chosen, how will the percentages change over time? There have to be well-defined rules for that.
4. How frequently will the index re-balancing take place?
5. You've included BCY which has a 24 hour trailing volume of just $8000. This might limit the price discovery if things go out of whack, and there is enough money invested in your index.
6. How frequently will the traders re-balance based on the index?
These are just some of the questions, by the way.

I think ICO will close at around USD 6M, which would mean 1 ICN would be worth USD 0.06 or about 0.00001 BTC.
