Yeah, FIAT exchanges are the most relevant way to go.
That's what I meant by the "big ass chinese exchanges".

If you take a look at the top 6 exchanges by vol. on coinmarket cap :

They all trade the BTC/CNY pair. That would be awesome to get there one day.

Yes, they will get some, as long as they don't dump their coins, and the platform generates some benefit.

Dividends are granted to ICN token holders, not necessarily investors.
The bounties are paid in ICN, which makes participants token holders just like any investor.

Agree. Kraken has good enough volume also. Gatecoin was hacked few months back and they lost almost all of their volume and haven't really recovered. Kraken would be a really good starting exchange.
