What about all the times when it was buy the rumor, then buy more on the news?

Darkcoin rise, Ethereum rise, Monero rise. These were all pumped up on the rumor, further pumped on the news, then ended up coming down a bit and settling much higher than they were originally before the rumor.

I would say, go with your own feeling. If you are selling at peak prices to take fast profit, you won't help the project.. If you believe in the project, you should hold, even when the prices could/would go down.

So my 4 coins that i am using as a test to trasfer are waiting for the 2fa code to validate the transaction, the email confirmation its al fine

If by "dumped" you mean BTC will be dumped up into the sell side of the orderbook, then I concur.
