It was 12 ICN, that is nothing. It was probably to make somebody panic and sell at market.

just a noob question:

why do people sell at 0.000277 in between 0.000291 and 0.000289?

21:57:49 buy ฿0.000289 200.00000000
21:51:25 sell ฿0.000277 12.00000000
21:48:18 buy ฿0.000291 6,993.91065292

i am not expert but i think it is because they set to market not on limit trade.. if you have kraken you can set your order with limit and market..

Yes maybe that is it.....

$10 is not outside the realm of possibility. $10 is still 1/12th the size of Bitcoin. You have to ask yourself, what percentage of Bitcoin holders just want profits and don't care about Bitcoin itself? I think 1/12th of Bitcoin's market cap could easily flow into ICONOMI.
Are you joking? Grin

nothing can easily jump x50 in price

$.20 is only 5 doublings to $10.

you meant to $1 ?

No. I meant $10. But I did make one error, $.20 is 6 doublings to $10.

.20x2x2x2x2x2x2=12.8

Is this a new type of trolling or you skipped math most of the school?
6 doubling is not the same as x6

Anyway, for me cost of ICN between 3-5 dollars will be the best price

Ok I'll take some of these $10 ICN, would be even better. Would give me some room for traveling and visiting Crypto Conferences around the world

We have answered some follow up questions from our last ICNX AMA:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ICONOMI/comments/5ghrp5/askmeanything_icnx_and_iconomiindex_edition/

But if you wish to read a distilled version, Daparski was kind enough to collect all the open questions in a new post, and I've also posted answers there:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ICONOMI/comments/5hwgfq/unanswered_questions_from_the_last_ama/

Happy reading...

And don't forget - more details on "general answers" will be revealed in the next weeks, and in days after the launch of our new website/platform with access to ICONOMI.index fund...

Thanks a lot Jaka

I am a bit concerned of the ICN dump that will happen once ICNX launches. Do you guys think that ICNX will gain a bigger marketcap than ICN?  I believe that until OFM platform launches in 2017, the ICNX will be more profitable, and thus will have a bigger marketcap.

For people in Crypto world, ICN is far more appealing than ICNX.

ICNX is a low risk & relatively low profit index fund geared for people from outside Crypto world, who are looking to diversify their investment portfolio with some exposure to Cryptocurrencies.

The majority of Crypto traders rather invest in Cryptos directly, especially Dividends-Paying, 0% Inflation cryptos like no other than ICN.

As ICNX, ICNP & other ICONOMI funds receive more funding, the value of ICN will only sky rocket because ICN holders receive Dividends from every single ICONOMI fund.

I think I agree but depending if they do it right then ICNX will do just fine. Its a great idea and we will be launching some similar on our site soon too. For me I wont exchange ICN for ICNX but I most certainly buy some ICNX. I think ICN could eailly move to 10 usd a piece when we get some movement and iconomi hit their targets.

Easily? That's like saying Ethereum could go easily to $500. Ethereum has huuuuge potential, i mean it's THE Blockchain of the future imo,
but a $10 ICN would be ~50x the price of today
Not that I don't believe both of these cases could become true... but I would not call this easy

Ethereeum is the smart contract that has failed. Lets face it its going no where apart from down. There are 2 more coins prepped up to take over these failures soon. the reason ETH got up so high was hype. i have seen it time and time again over the years with the favorite hyped up coins. ICN and ICNX will be the next big thing there is no doubt of that if they hit their targets and start paying dividends. It wont be hard with all these amazing new features. If you are a holder then dont be a weak hand. This is the next big thing.

Well... no, I hardly disagree. First Ethereum has a badass developer team behind it and is full into developing they're next steps of the Ethereum Roadmap. Next step Meteopolis will push ETH prices way up. Also ICN is great, but did you know it's also "just" a token running on these "failed" Blockchain (a smart contract is an entirely different thing)
So sorry to disappoint you but I don't think Ethereum has failed, these hacks and forks and attacks have only made it stronger.

Investment Funds are ALL THE RAGE these days...
eToro just released their "next generation investment product" called CopyFunds.
Once Fund Managers see that they can generate much better returns with ICONOMI funds than traditional index funds, we could see a huge influx of money into ICONOMI funds... more Dividends for ICN hodlers.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ec4qr7CLl8I

etoro are not as legit as they appear. Behind the scenes they are using similar scams and tricks just like in Forex and binary options.
They have a lot of partnerships with those two industries, which may be legal but is definitely not legit.
etoro, as a platform, have a hidden incentive copy-trade customers to lose on their bets. Most of them are betting on stocks and not buying them, meaning they play against the house (Forex and binary options silent partners).

They are registered in Israel, but the offices are in Cyprus.. typical binary options approach.
