That's exactly  what i'm trying to say,, but he put it in a very nice way.. what ICONOMI team did is.. try to eliminate all whores, kids, pump and dump dreamers,, and leave all the space to real investors

Considering that ICONOMI team have never made any claims on what ICN price would be, where it might be listed, or made any promises which may insinuate that people may put in 1 dollar and collect more than 40% profit or even any profit at all by reselling their tokens 72 hours following launch, Whoever keeps saying things like "we've all been duped" or "it's a scam" or such FUD, is most likely one of 3 types of people -IMHO- :

1. You are and underage person with little money and big Lambo dreams (i.e. unrealistic expectations with no grasp of how the real world works), and as such, you are not to blame in any way, though we respectfully ask you to attempt at gaining more information, leveling your expectations and not basing your expectations on Lambo pics posted by people who are out there to manipulate you

2. You are within the legal age of being prosecuted for such claims, yet given your location or sense of security gained by sitting in your bedroom behind a keyboard typing away, you have decided to make decisions -based purely on feelings- and blaming others for your decisions. To you we say, this is not a forum for lamenting on your emotional decisions, be it your self destructive love for chocolate, bad relationship decisions, your decision to buy that awesomely modified fast Prius or how you took out money which you actually need to pay bills and put it in a very volatile investment vehicle with hopes of becoming a millionaire within 72 hours

3. You are a troll or FUDDer hoping to drive the price down, bank on the first two guys' lack of information and poor decision making

I like how suddenly peeps become legal experts on the SEC and CFTC without doing any research.
I just happen to have some knowledge on this subject because my family has been in the Banking and Finance industry since the 1800's and I will share some of that knowledge with you now.
Erik Vorhees got fined for selling unregistered securities because he was an American running SatoshiDice gambling within US Borders, and online gambling is what is illegal here, as well as selling un-registered securities for an illegal business residing also within US borders.

As an American, we are allowed to move our assets nearly anywhere, and invest in nearly anything.
A foreign mutual fund or security is considered a Passive Foreign Investment Company (PFIC), or (AFIC Active).
If you are a U.S. citizen and investing your savings through a non-U.S. financial institution, you need to understand FIC rules. The laws of diversification are universal.  Virtually all foreign financial assets that are not being held in a domestic (U.S.) financial institution are subject to numerous reporting requirements. ICN, being fully transparent, and the shares being housed on an open public ledger blockchain fits into that requirement like a glove. Granted, Americans with ownership stakes in foreign entities have complex IRS reporting requirements, and do not qualify for tax-deferral, and cannot be insured by a US insurance entity. If Iconomi were to register with the SEC and list on NYSE, nothing would change there because at the end of the day, they are still an FIC.
With that said, there are no laws written yet that would obstruct Iconomi from collecting US investors, other than a higher tax bracket and no insurance, because by every aspect, they are most certainly a Foreign Investment Company.

Since, as we have concluded, there is no viable option for ICONOMI to mirror its shareholding structure (based on ICN ownership) directly, it is best that the assets of ICONOMI gain legal personality on their own, while true ownership is managed internally.

Our team is already hard at work researching several options for incorporation in different jurisdictions across the globe. I am happy to say that at the moment of my writing, we are strongly favouring Switzerland(4), Liechtenstein, Luxemburg and the Netherlands

All children here must understand that deciding factors (people who make and take decisions) do not want ICN to be listed and dumped anywhere else except KRAKEN. And it is the most clever decision... as all other made by Iconomi team till now. Strong dev can put coin on exchange. And can prevent a coin to be listed.
