In the meantime , I'm stuck with this kraken shit with "Pre-verified" status : https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/202965096-What-does-Pre-Verified-mean- as It's not available in my country (I never heard of an exchange limiting countries for crypto trading). Anyone here have an idea where else could I buy ICNs at the moment ? (Liqui and other unknown exchanges are not welcomed).

Yep it's based in US but I think most volume of the exchange is made in euros (if I'm not wrong).

It's broken since yesterday, no comments from devs and support.

af far i remember that coins at ICO site are in cold storage and have to be manually moved out, they wrote something about it before.
Maybe because of that it takes time.

PS: Mail them at support.

Does anyone else have issues withdrawing from the ICO wallet? I have sent 2 test transactions from the ICO wallet and approved both and they are stuck in "sending" status. I sent 1 tx and it stuck in sending and then another to see if that works and that one is also stuck in sending. The first tx was several hours ago.
