Logically, we're finding a bottom in the market now.
1) We're essentially at the ICO price, removing profit taking sellers' incentive to hit bids.
2) Release of the prelim platform images provides some "news" and legitimacy from a perception standpoint.
3) It's likely Polo was waiting on a successful launch of ZEC before adding another eth token to their platform. The last thing they wanted was to be dealing with the fallout of a failed launch, DAO style debacle, or attack on the Ethereum network right as ZEC launches. Say what you will about ZECs, its hype level is way past that of some random $10mm ICO. Once ZEC is securely off and running, there'll be no reason not to add ICN.
That's my 2 satoshi anyway.

ICN tokens are out and listed on four exchanges with most of the traffic done by Kraken. If you thought we were working only on ICN genesis you were wrong. The new enlarged team is working hard to bring ICONOMI.index and ICONOMI.performance out till the end of this year.
The fund management platform is progressing well. Here is the preview from the interface with the first demo funds simulations.
Gregor, Ales, Domen, Jan, Andrej & Miha are hands on daily. Design, front & back-end and blockchain part are happening in a parallel to be delivered on time.
