Nice manipulation fail by the Kraken ICN 'whale'. Those huge buy orders off market price did not push the price up. And now the orders have been pulled, the market hasn't crashed. Basically nothing much happened despite all the posturing.
Why would the market crash, people like the project, they have faith in it.

The idea of iconomi its great and that is confirmed by copycats coming, but with no fresh ideas. We need the next step but only when we are absolutely ready, then sky is the limit
ICONOMI will always have the advantage of being the first just like bitcoin has advantage over its copycats.I think most of copycats will die during the ico itself and those who going to stay,ICONOMI can invest in them and get advantage.

after seeing iconomi has entered the market mercatox but have not seen the movement of other investors to buy.. therefore those who have followed the previous ico already sold beginning after distribution division and definitely a lot of regrets after seeing prices today

Being first does not mean you will end up on top. Being first will get you the first mover advantage, but as we can see, Iconomi fails to meet deadline, and this gives reason that it may fall short in the race to be on top. On this note, I will make some bet on these competitors. Never put all in one basket.
None of the other competing platforms have even begun fundraising yet...

They said ICNX & ICNP were going to be released in Q4 2016.

People are confusing ICNX & ICNP release date with Open Fund Management platform release date.
ICNX & ICNP were supposed to be released in Q4 2016, but got delayed to end of Q1 2017.
Open Fund Management platform was always planned for 2017, so even if they wait until December 31, 2017, it is still on time, not sure how many people are willing to hold the bag till then though

There was a heated discussion earlier on Slack with Jani regarding similar projects that are building decentralized versions of Iconomi like MelonPort, TaaS, NeuFund...
I guess lot of people started cashing out to join those other ICOs...
Iconomi is the first one, all the other are just alts
Iconomi is the real one and the others are the copycats with just adding some additional techniques in his project, totally all of them were containing same content with what has contained by iconomi.
All of the attention have centralized on iconomi.

Agree delays hurt, but I believe once it's done it will be proper -> marketing begins and this is when big amounts of money will come.

I agree but Im not a trader and I dont really understand why would someone put such a "fake" buy wall. Could you explain it to us? To show that there is buy support?
A wall forces buyers to place their orders in front of the wall, thereby pushing up the price, it also gives the impression of demand.
