1. Not all traders have accounts on kraken and it takes time to create one
2. BTC price hange
3. BTC network
4. Intentional heavy dumping for dropping the price, re-buying at below ICO then waiting for other Exchanges to open to dump after correction

lol @ the market depth on kraken. What 99% are trying to dump. Over a 1M ICN from current price all the way up to 0.001 around 900ish BTC and only 14 BTC in buys.

The other 96% of supply appears to be holding strong for ICNX fund, ICNP fund, and OFM platform. They don't want to make the same mistake as all the people who rushed to sell ETH 1 year ago:
