it is true. It can be trick using inspect element on browser or adobe photoshop edit. I will be convince that liqui holds that ICN once the ICONOMI team confirms that "Hi" have that amount of ICN!
But for now, Liqui's claim is just a hearsay, Trade with extreme caution!

The only potential problem with it is: can the issuer of the IOU be trusted not to run a fractional reserve, get hacked, or run off with the deposits? This is a problem with any centralized exchange, not just ones that trade IOU.

Ok, explain please - why all people will loose their money with IOU? After network will release IOU tokens turn immediately to real tokens and can be withdrawn any time.
Better explain where they came from the coins began to be sold in your exchange? you bought so many so in ico? You can show a screenshot?weird right? I think not, I'm for sure that you do not have the coins that you put the sale.
