You know, I've been doing some research on what supercar to buy when the ICONOMI team buys out all the current Lambo available inventory.  I've decided I'm not going to bother with some junk car made by pathetic, lazy Southern European wanna-be engineers working for a some loser Italian company whose name ends in "i".  I'm gonna buy a class car made by Northern Europeans running a company having some double consonants in their name.  And no, BMW. doesn't. count.

Right now we are:
- 2 cofounders + an advisor basically on close to same level of dedication as us two
- 4 developers. 2 more onboarding right now
- 1 designer being onboarded right now as well
- 1 legal
- 1 product guy coming from Berlin on 16th October
- 2 in communications / marketing
- 1 financial guy

The thing is, that we started hiring before ICO ended as well as looking for new office space to rent. And we were actually warming people that were able to join right now almost since the beginning of this year. All that because if we would start with all that right now, we wouldn't be able to have team as of right now before year ends. You can't get A+ players right off the shelf in a week to say.

How long to burn the funds I can't say right now. Could be that legal is something we'll have to pay a lot for. I would say we are good for at least 5years (that would be $2m per year, which we are far from burning right now... but let's take into account that there might be some unexpected costs). Additionally to that. I was in NYC last week and lawyers there talk 6 digit figures and our PR agency is located right on Wall Street - they for sure are not the cheapest - but are very much needed.

In my opinion - dev (UI, UX including) and legal is the two places you DON'T want to spare. This platform has enormous potentials and it will bring a lot of capital. I believe that 3500+ investors did not buy in for you to play cheap and think small.  
Said that not all expensive is high quality, but all high quality has to be expensive. I am sure you know how to tell the difference

Whitepaper...CTFs will be offered to all major exchanges, therefore expect them to be found (traded) there. CMFs will be tradable only within ICONOMI.Lets say that like poloniex,kraken,bittrex etc'

As I remember Iconomi will be only on these exchanges which will agree to pay dividends to accounts owners

probably, depends on the agreement they reach with the exchange, but why would you want to STORE anything on an exchange?? Are u nuts? There was not a single exchange that hasn't been hacked, and yet you still want to store your assets there? You know that you don't have control over your funds once you do that
