He has a point, though. Considering that dividends will be opex free as long as there is remaining ICO money for Cashila to operate the platform, using ICO money to provide perks to some investors is a direct expenditure on everyone's dividends. If any.

Most likely the Visa Tx's are a Cashila function, and therefore the funds may come from Cashila as an investment on their part.
