Just wanted to say thanks for posting about this ICO - https://icoguide.com/en/ico/bitcar?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social

Even though it's rated as 7.6/10 and I don't think I'll invest in it, i think it the idea behind it is really interesting and i love reading about unexpected ICOs like that.

Keep it up Smiley

Another interesting article has been added to our website. Find out more about ICO regulations in our new article. https://icoguide.com/en/blog/ico-regulations-icos-and-their-impending-containment

Do you think KYC is making it harder for people in the U.S. to participate in ICOs? Or do you know if there's a specific reason for that?

You make a great point about the VPNs and Tor and I've read some threads about people doing that here but like you said, it's probably not recommended because of the legal risks behind it.

Of course, some people may complain why they should share their private information and think that it is onerous, but on the other hand, in our opinion, it was made in order to protect not only ICO projects but investors as well. For instance, from a project perspective, it will be more or less clear from where it has generated funds. And the same situation is with investors, they will be protected from claims that funds they earned are not legitimate.

Thank you for your feedback.  Smiley Time by time we are adding some new interesting articles on our website and you can take a look at them.  Smiley

For the ICO investors and not only!
Useful and interesting article about ERC20 and its effect on tokens. https://icoguide.com/en/blog/what-is-erc20-and-how-does-it-affect-tokens

Nice article, been meaning to get into ERC20/ETH for some time now and I think that serves as a pretty good introduction to the topic. Blockchain really is the future.

Keep it up. Smiley

I liked this article about scam ICOs: https://icoguide.com/en/blog/how-to-identify-scam-icos

It's unfortunate that a lot of ICOs are scams nowadays but I've also found that nowadays a lot of ICOs end up failing for one reason or another. Do you think you could cover that as well? I think it'd be interesting to see the research findings. Smiley

We will have a look at it. Thanks Smiley

It would be really great if you could add airdrop and bounty information with the listed ICOs, if they offer it of course, and all the relevant links.

Nonetheless, I think the site has a lot of potential.

Thank you. We will take it into consideration for future updates.  Smiley

Introducing another interesting ICO from our list Open Collectors Network.

This is the first decentralized exchange of one-of-a-kind tokens, where everyone can seamlessly own, create, customize, interact with and trade individual items, on an open market, based on existing standard specifications.

For more information and detailed review please follow the link https://icoguide.com/en/ico/open-collectors-network

I'm Co-founder of this project. If you guys have any questions, let me know.

Thanks for listing us,
Cosmin Grigore

As the founder, do you think the site gives a good enough representation of what your project is about? Or did they miss anything?

Most of what I read makes sense but I was just wondering how you see it as someone who's actually working on the project.

I always have the idea (just a feeling, no proof at all) that ICO rating sites are sensitive to manipulation. Sometimes I notice very diverse ratings when you check different sites with the same ICO. How can you guys show/proof that your ratings have not been bribed/manipulated?

We rate ICOs based on the rating provided by our experts. They analyze each ICO independently, across the full range of relevant criteria. Then we combine all of our expert ratings into an average for each category. This method ensures a fair and balanced appraisal of each ICO.

Introducing another interesting ICO from our list Distributed Credit Chain.

It is a carrier serving financial service providers in distributed business rather than a blockchain version of a traditional bank.

For more information and detailed review please follow the link https://icoguide.com/en/ico/distributed-credit-chain

Just as a general tip, do you think you could add a short paragraph or two summarizing the experience, what they do/did, and so on of each person in their development team?

This could save the time of people of having to research the whole team in detail, and besides, not everyone has a linkedin account. Some people are just lazy.

Thank you for the feedback. We will take it into consideration. Smiley
