I think its based on that ignite will rate the project, basically it will mention the team, price, target audience, project outreach, partnership, etc and then rate each section and compile them together to come up with master rating or the final ignite rating based on all the sections reviewed. Its a kind of over the top rating system which is really good work

People being paid to rate in favour of ICOs , makes it very difficult to separate real from fake. Rating being done solely by an anonymous crowd and favouring a particular ICO means their is alot of potentials there. A good idea for the distribution of free coins. It will attract as many investors as possible. After the distribution of coins, the price in the market can skyrocket. After all, you have a very good road map. I will expect from you good and fresh news.

I am not sure what's the need for that. They will give you a chance to rate an ICO but they will need to have your personal info.
