i think,  if user send address via pm then no worry about spam or fraud requests. coz, those who trades regularly with their ethereum address, they may not have 0.10 eth sometime if they bought in exchange that time.

better using google form for submit address

We cannot post the address here because of rules of forums.
Can you change the method to verify address?

And your website submit info button is not working either i have javascript enabled too.
Also what do you think about adding the possibility to sign a message that you own the ethereum address , it would be the safest way in my opinion

We here at iGnite believe in fair launches of tokens. Consequently, we are taking 1000 unique Ethereum addresses for distribution at launch. All of the information will be viewable in a smart contract to ensure that the launch was fairly conducted.

The first 1000 unique addresses that we receive we shall include in the launch of iGnite. This needs to be a fair launch therefore users will need to follow the verification steps listed below to prevent persons from creating multiple addresses.

Structure:

iGnite issues 10000 tokens to each genesis address. As there will be 1000 holders, there will be 10 million tokens at launch. However, this smart contract will mine additional tokens for 35 years, which will be distributed to the token holders.

Tokens will initially be traded on EtherDelta. We are working on being added to other exchanges.

Unfortunately, there will be no bounty opportunities on this project as none of the tokens will be allocated to the development team.                

Purpose:

iGnite tokens will be used to issue ERC23 tokens from the frontend of our website. Some individuals and companies who are desirous of issuing their own tokens have run into difficulty and our service aims to ease their troubles.

In order to gain access to the token launch, post your address via a PM. You can also join by using the form on our website. To prevent people from abusing the process by using multiple accounts, one of the following steps need to be completed:

• A previous post on this forum or elsewhere on the internet (with the same address as the one submitted) [needs to be dated before 2017/10/29] or
• Ethereum addresses with a balance of over 0.1 Ether (transactions must have occurred before October 29, 2017)

While this is not foolproof, we believe it will make it harder to abuse the system.
