Real estate is a very good asset.
This is a good and profitable way to invest.
What do you think about it??
I am sure it is not good asset to invest in right now
as real estate market is going down nowadays

Agree with thoughts that real estate market is going down nowadays...

As far as I know real estate is not the most efficient and stable and profitable investment resource. What do you think?
Real estate investment even with all the surrounding circumstances is considered to be one of the best choices ever as investing in real estate is one of the oldest forms of investing, having been around since the early days of human civilization.

Understood you. As for me I took part in the referral and thanks to 6% of each transaction for the friends I had already earned 423 dollars, until it is not so much, but if you consider that this is essentially a bonus and also that the transactions will continue to be in the future and with larger amounts, then it's interesting for me and profitable.
Oh, sounds interesting. Can you tell more about referral program please?

This is indeed an interesting project, and the fact that it is backed up by real assets, especially real estate, makes it stand out as a trustworthy ICO.
Of course, yes, at the moment this is the most real and evocative project that is based on real estate

A total of 999x10^9 coins will be emitted through the mining process over the course of 50 years.
Funds emitted during the mining process are proportionally distributed as follows:
1) 83% to the 101REcoin Open Trust to be put toward further real estate investment
2) 15% to REcoin miners
3) 2% to charitable organizations

999x10^9 coins is 999 billion or almost 1 trillion coins! the highest circulating supply on coinmarketcap.com is bytecoin at 183 billion (can buy 717 for $1usd by the way). Why such a ridiculously large amount?

15% to REcoin miners. Why would miners waste time, money, and expensive hardware, mining something that they only get 15% of. what is the block reward for mining recoins?

Bro they are crazy if thats how many coins!!!!!!!!!!

999 x 10^9 = 999000000000 Is total coin supply... Are you serious??..................
And you want nearly a DOLLAR!!
Please tell me this is not true lol. I am definitely not investing now. Was thinking of it but no way if your intentions for this many coins.........

Thinking on investing? have you not read this thread? Huh Roll Eyes

Hi Maksim, great to finally see you identify as yourself instead of all these fake identities.

Remember the warning I gave you about the SEC? Well they have started calling the ICO owners as you can read below:
https://hackernoon.com/the-sec-called-about-our-ico-i-answered-8cbbd31568ec

Already registered your ICO with the SEC? Are you ready for your call and for them to start inquiring about your paper foundation and companies?

Remember they know how to use google. But hey, at least you are a lawyer so you don't need one like these guys. Or are you not?  Roll Eyes

Hey all, Max Zaslavsky here, the founder of the REcoin Group.
It was a blast last week visiting Inman Connect.

Just imagine more than 4000 CEOs, investors, tech entrepreneurs, top producers and brokers from all walks of the real estate community - all working together, exchanging ideas on how to embrace and leverage the future of the industry!
I got to listen to some crypto royalty, too.
I’m sure, names like Seth Godin, Fredrik Eklund, and Barbara Corcoran

rings many bells for those who, like myself, are absolutely smitten by the possibilities of cryptocurrencies on the real estate market.

I also seized the opportunity to talk to some venerable members of the real estate and crypto community about the REcoin project and it immediately showed that we’re moving in the right direction, more on that later, but it’s fair to say that virtually everybody leaves that conference not only enlightened but locked, loaded and poised to do more for our businesses and clients, for the future of crypto and for the greater good.
I have lots more to share on the subject, talk to you later, bye until then!

I've read about the future decline in Reuters, it says that "Housing starts declined 4.8 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.16 million units, hurt also by a drop in groundbreaking on single-family projects." I belive that right now real estate may not be the best area of economy to invest your money into.

I think, investing in real estate isn't the best idea. For example, U.S. home building unexpectedly fell in July. If the Federal Reserve manages to raise interest rates this year, as it has indicated it would like to do, then that would certainly be another hit to the housing market. Higher mortgage rates would tack on another layer of cost to housing prices that already appear to be getting too high for many. And with the uncertainty that Donald Trump’s presidency brings, the housing market may be one of the first dominoes to fall if the economy turns south.

Is there somebody from Canada?
Prices of real estate are falling in Canada: "According to Canadian Real Estate Association statistics, average national home prices have fallen 10 per cent since the heights of April this year" as I've read in the CBCnews.
Maybe you know someone who have already bought real estate at "reduced" prices?
Yeah, it's better for buying, but not for investing! Do you agree?
Investments are depend on prices, and that's why we need to wait, don't we?
"Brian Torry, a general manager of Bosley Real Estate in Toronto, thinks the current slump is likely nothing more than a brief blip, pointing to the recovery of Vancouver's market as an example of real estate's dependability".
What do you think?

I also heard a lot about this. In different places people start talking about the fall in real estate prices. But they don't always mentioned in what countries prices are falling.  Sad Not the best time to invest.
