It's possible that the L3+ only supports the stratum protocol, which is usually used for pools.

Most wallets, including IFC, use the older getwork protocol.

If IFC has any pools then the miner should work on that. If there are no pools then you know what to do next.

How does this work? I've been mining this for a couple of hours and I've netted zero. Funds are moving around but the transactions are not paying ANY fees at all.
