Well, we had ourselves a little Insane Coin BBQ back in December and burned around 3,700,000 coins.

Any error you get after downloading the Qt and during initial launch will go away after you try and launch the Qt again.
The source is a little older, upgrading the source is on the list of things to do to get rid of pseudo issues, like the first run error.
