Within a few seconds sale at IEO are only on the platform of Binance . In smaller venues there is an opportunity to buy something. And true wrote that the popularity of IEO will decrease with time. Although this is certainly a good option for development.

I really like projects that use a new form of sales of tokens - IEO.
But I can not understand for what do the registration in whitelist with IEO sales ? In any case, the pitfall will be high.
Why did you decide that the project will be to sell their tokens using IEO? I think it is expensive , especially when you consider the current popularity of this type of implementation . Invtech will sell their tokens to standard ICO.But I can not understand for what do the registration in whitelist with IEO sales ? In any case, the pitfall will be high.

Did Invech Group get 9 licenses to do business in Timor Leste directly in Timor’s financial regulators? I wonder if the business model of the project will be adjusted to fit the SEC rules?
