No matter where you can get in touch with the company. The main thing is that there are enough options for communicating with representatives. For example, it is more convenient for me to ask questions via telegrams.

Yes telegram is the best way, there is almost all the time someone online, so they can redirect you.

I agree that the model of raising funds through the stock exchange is very popular at the moment. If the developers manage to agree, for example, with Binance, then it will not be difficult to collect the required amount for further development.

@Invech promoter: please explain why you thought it was a good idea to advertise a project with a plagiarized white paper. The fact that you hired these bump bots make your project look all the more like a scam.
