Jibrel - Traditional financial assets on-chain
Sale opened just today and i see 83M raised (16M USD) nice...

I saw 80M before sale start and assume it is token reserved for presale, bounty and for team, advisors, partners.
Thus, 3M from 83M raised today.

You are correct! We changed the wording to read Allocated Tokens to avoid the confusion!

I also would like to get answer abount JNT ticker already in use before any  investments.

It's gonna create lot of confusion and an opportunity for opportunists.  Wink Wink Grin

I sent ETH to my jWallet in order to transfer them to the ICO sale, but i got Transfer error every time i try to move ether from there....

EDIT:
It worked but i had to input a lower amount for the transfer to be successful. It would help indicating that as a reason for the failure.

Thanks

Hi,

There is already a coin with ticker as JNT (Jointcoin). It's traded on yobit right now and creates confusion as on cryptocompare and other sites these trades are shown under Jibrel Network Token. How are you going to resolve this?

Also correct token sale date on your website FAQ (It shows Nov,2017 to Jan,2017) and Token listing date is shown as Feb,2017 on token sale site. I liked the concept behind this but can't show to my ICO investor group till you could fix it.  Wink Smiley

Hi,

Just another quick question, pre-ico, token will be valued 0.2 euro.

It is said the token will be priced 0.25 later on.

While reading the website i also read:

> Given the extreme volatility of ETH and BTC, it would be difficult to hold liabilities in fiat currency (CryDRs) while holding volatile and uncorrelated crypto-assets. Using JNT, a closed system is established allowing for the system to self-balance.

And that is the part that make sense, due to the fact that you want insitutions to hold assets in your currency.

So if it is not that volatile, can we expect 10x, 20x, 30x from the currency or is this a "different kind" of ico with a currency that is not supposed to inflate/deflate that much?

EDIT:
What I also don't get is that since when you buy jUSD for example you are getting 1 dollar worth of JNTs, the volatility of the cryptocurrency shouldn't matter much, as the person who hedged USD doesn't care of the price of the crypto he is hedging on, as long as the value is guaranteed.

Thanks

I see real-world assets will be tradable on your platform. Will it make effectively a sort of exchange between cryptocurrencies and those real assets?

Smiley Anna joined in September, so thats why things have gotten much better since!

Exactly, you'll be able to convert crypto to crypto-fiat and crypto-traditional assets.

What Is jWallet?

Most people will agree that Ethereum is a valuable addition to the world of cryptocurrency and blockchain. Although the system is not without its flaws, significant progress has been made over the past two and a half years. However, when it comes to Ethereum wallets, there is still some work to be done. Jibrel Network, a Swiss company registered in Zug, is developing the jWallet, a product whose functionality extends far beyond storing cryptocurrencies.

With Ethereum wallets under constant attack, Jibrel Network decided to build their own

Since blockchain technologies appeared people have been trying to figure out how to put traditional assets like currencies, bonds and other financial instruments onto it in a way which has regulatory compliance and is secure. If you could do that you could sell securities in a legitimate way, thus disrupting large swathes of the asset management industry. In case you didn’t happen to know, the asset management industry is worth around $69 trillion or more, globally. But you have to hold these assets in wallets. And it’s not easy getting it right.
