Are you using the the updated wallet for this coin? If I'm not mistaken, they already have an updated wallet that should be used by everyone right now. You will not receive these coins if the address that you're providing them is from the old version of it. Go over to their Discord channel and ask for help to any of the mods there.

It is better to say to jiyo old holders - it's high time to swap it to new. Useless get it further - no exchanges, no transfers. Still 212 old MN have more then 4 140 000 coins. To deadline block we have a few hourse.
